The Social Media Manager at amiiraa Online Store plays a vital role in managing and maintaining the company's presence on various media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, and the official website. This position involves creating and executing a comprehensive content plan to ensure regular and engaging daily content across all platforms. The Social Media Manager should have experience in design, photography, videography, and digital content creation to produce high-quality visuals and captivating social media content.
- Social Media Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing goals and target audience.
- Create a content plan, including a posting schedule, themes, and campaigns, to ensure consistent and engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and audience preferences to inform content creation and optimize social media performance.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and other team members to align social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Content Creation and Curation:
- Generate creative and visually appealing content, including graphics, photos, videos, and digital assets, to be shared on social media platforms.
- Produce and edit videos, reels, and TikTok content to engage the target audience and promote products effectively.
- Capture and curate high-quality images, ensuring consistency in brand identity and messaging across social media channels.
- Write compelling captions and copy that align with the brand's tone and voice while effectively conveying key messages and calls to action.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and monitor all social media accounts, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and discussions to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize content and engagement strategies.
- Influencer and Partnership Collaborations:
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors to collaborate on social media campaigns and promotions.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and external partners, negotiating collaborations, and ensuring the timely delivery of content.
- Monitor influencer campaigns, track performance metrics, and assess the impact of collaborations on brand awareness and engagement.
- Social Media Advertising and Budget Management:
- Develop and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor ad performance, optimize targeting, and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated with social media advertising trends and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Product Photography and Videography:
- Capture professional, visually appealing, and accurate product photos for the website, ensuring consistency in lighting, composition, and presentation.
- Set up appropriate lighting equipment, backgrounds, and props to enhance the visual appeal of the products.
- Photograph a variety of products, including dresses, abayas, men's clothing, accessories, and perfumes, adhering to brand guidelines and specifications.
- Generate video content showcasing the features, details, and styling possibilities of the products to engage customers and enhance the shopping experience.
- Lifestyle Photography:
- Create lifestyle images that showcase the products in real-life scenarios, helping customers visualize how the products can be used or worn.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Creative Team to develop concepts and themes for lifestyle photography that align with the brand's image and target audience.
- Work with models, stylists, and other team members to execute lifestyle photoshoots, ensuring that the products are presented in an appealing and aspirational manner.
- Post-Production and Editing:
- Edit and retouch product photos and lifestyle images to ensure optimal image quality, color accuracy, and consistency.
- Crop, resize, and optimize images for various digital platforms and marketing materials.
- Edit video footage, adding visual effects, text overlays, and audio as necessary, to create compelling product videos.
- Ensure timely delivery of edited photos and videos while maintaining high-quality standards.
